Free Shipping New Zealand-wide
We offer free standard shipping on all pidan.nz orders across New Zealand, with no minimum order value.
No matter your order value, there are no standard shipping fees at checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM (NZT) are usually dispatched the same business day.
- Next-business-day dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be dispatched the next business day.
- All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouses. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on the way.
Delivery Methods & Estimated Timeframes
We work with trusted national courier partners to deliver orders quickly and reliably. Typical delivery times are:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 1–3 business days
- Rural / RD addresses: please allow an extra 1–2 business days
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity, severe weather, road closures, public holidays, or peak trading periods such as major sales and Christmas.
Shipping Address Requirements
- We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers/Collect, or certain remote/restricted areas.
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct when placing your order.
- If your address is outside our courier network, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with your courier tracking details.
If your tracking has not updated for a few business days, please contact us and we’ll help follow up with the courier.
Delivery Issues, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe your order may be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.
We’ll work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
