We offer free standard shipping New Zealand-wide on pidan.nz orders, with no minimum order value, unless otherwise stated on our website.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier capacity, public holidays, weather events, road closures, peak trading periods or other circumstances outside our control.
Some addresses, including PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers/Collect, remote locations or restricted delivery areas, may not be serviceable by our courier partners. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
